I'm the founder of BlaBla Language and a teacher who is completely obsessed with languages. Now, I teach English to hundreds of students, but let me tell you, the journey to get there was a real rollercoaster ride, full of ups and downs.
In the 20 years of studying English, I found two key ingredients for learning a language successfully: weaving the language into your daily life & being part of a supportive community.
This is why I created BlaBla. I wanted to create a space for people to learn languages together in a fun way. Where learning a language is not just something you tick off your to-do list, but your favorite hobby.

The Light Learner is perfect for you if you’re already at an intermediate level (B1), which means you already know the basics (+ a tiny bit more), and want to reach level upper-intermediate (B2) or even advanced (C1).
For example, you'll:
- learn how to use the past tenses correctly
- learn how to express different degrees of politeness
- become familiar with different accents
- learn how to pronounce difficult sounds like TH or the V and W sound
- develop strategies to become more fluent
- understand and use small talk in the US and UK
The daily tasks and challenges help you practice what you’ve learned in class, improve your speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills and build your vocabulary.
This depends a little bit on you. 😀 But if you do the daily tasks consistently and show up to the lessons, you should see great progress in as little as 3 months.
No problem. All lessons will be recorded, so you can watch them whenever it works for you.
